Wholesale Apparel Decorating Return Policy

At Johnson Livings, we strive to provide high-quality wholesale apparel decorating services. However, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Defective or Incorrect Orders: If you receive defective, misprinted, or incorrect items due to our error, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please report the issue within 3 days with photographic evidence.

  3. Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom-decorated apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items unless they are defective or incorrect.

  4. Customer Errors: We are not responsible for mistakes in artwork, sizing, or color choices submitted by the customer. Please review your order carefully before submission.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at JohnsonLivings@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.

  2. Provide clear photographs of the defective, incorrect, or damaged items.

  3. Upon approval, we will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for returning the item(s).

  4. Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition within 14 days of approval.

  5. Once received and inspected, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-decorated apparel (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Items returned beyond the approved timeframe

  • Worn, washed, or altered garments

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon return approval.

  • Store credit may be provided for future purchases if preferred.
